After the boom, business trends in Silicon Valley turned from dot.com to services.  There was an lack of companies which could provide complete solutions for Home Owner Associations, and an alternative was badly needed.  Building and roofing services were of primary concern as well as property management and investment.  Tri-State was founded to bridge that gap.    

Tri-State Enterprises is founded by two men with outstanding reputations in the construction and property management industry and over 40 years of experience between them.  Their vision is to provide a one-stop shop for property owners, with complimenting areas of expertise.  Tri-State Enterprises truly provides this opportunity by offering Property Management, Building/Roofing and Technical Solutions Services for the smallest home improvement projects to multi-million dollar developments.
